P4 Visa Details
A P4 visa may be obtained by a P1, P2 or P3 visa holder's spouse and minor children. A P4 visa holder may remain in the US as long as the P1, P2 or P3 visa holder remains in legal status. A P4 visa holder may change his or her status in the US.

Definition of O3 Visa:
The O3 dependent visa is suitable for the spouse and unmarried children (under 21 years of age) of O1 and O2 visa holders, who desire to accompany or to visit the principal “O” visa holder. An O3 status holder can stay in the United States as long as the principal visa holder remains in legal status. To be precise, the O3 holders lose their status once the principal applicant loses O status. An O3 visa holder is also authorized to change his/her status in the USA. |

Definition of R2 Visa:
The R2 visa is a US temporary visa that authorizes the spouse and unmarried child (below 21 years) of an R1 visa holder to enter into the United States. The R2 status holders can stay in the country as long as the R1 holders remain in legal status. In other words, an individual lose his/her R-2 status once the principal R-1 person loses lawful status.
